Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year, and it's still growing.
  • Your tax bill keeps climbing faster than your revenue does.
  • Your CPA meets your numbers once a year, around March, after the choices that set the bill are already made.
  • You're planning a big move: a new location, trucks or equipment, a building, or a second company.
  • You run more than one company, or you hold real estate alongside the business.
  • You'd rather have one team handle your books, your tax planning and your returns than juggle three vendors.
  • You want this year's bill lower before December 31st, not a surprise in April.

This Is Not For:

  • Businesses doing under $1M a year in revenue.
  • W-2 employees and individuals who only need a personal return.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year and nothing else.
  • Anyone who wants a shortcut that won't hold up if the IRS asks questions.

What We've Delivered

Two results Peter has shared from his own client work.

Several Businesses + Real Estate
$19,890
tax bill, down from $153,000
S-Corp to C-Corp2 years of returns reviewed

This client ran several thriving businesses plus real estate operations. After Peter reviewed 2 years of their returns, moving the business from an S-Corp to a C-Corp took their tax from $153,000 to $19,890. We also reclassified deductions, caught vehicles the old CPA missed and fixed depreciation errors.

Healthcare (Dental Practice)

less in taxes
Multiple offices60 to 30 hour weeks

A dentist with multiple offices was working 60-hour weeks to keep them running. We set up the right tax strategy to cut his taxes by 42%, then restructured the practice so associates took the easier cases and he could work 30 hours a week for the same income.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Peter and his team take over your books, your tax planning and your filings, all aimed at one number: your tax bill.

We Read 2 Years Of Returns

We start with your 2 most recent returns and this year's numbers, line by line, and list every opening that's still available before December 31st.

Books Closed Every Month

Our bookkeeping team takes over the day-to-day books and closes them on a set date each month, so every decision you make runs on current numbers.

A Platinum Advisor, Every Month

Your Platinum Advisor meets with you monthly, explains what moved and why, and calls before any decision big enough to change your year, like a truck, a building or a new location.

Peter Handles The Structure

Peter and our tax specialists make the heavy calls with you: how each company is set up, how you pay yourself, family payroll and when the big purchases happen.

Planned Every Quarter

Each quarter we set the baseline, model the year and make the timing calls while they still count, then lock in the final moves before December 31st.

Returns Filed, IRS Handled

Our team prepares and files your returns with every change built in, so nothing slips between two firms, and if a letter from the IRS shows up, we handle it.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Why hasn't my CPA ever brought any of this up?+
Usually it isn't a skill problem. Your CPA was hired to file, and by the time they see your numbers in March, your pay, your purchases and your company setup are already locked. Planning has to happen while the year is still moving, which is the work we do every month.
Do I have to move my books and my people over to you?+
No. Plenty of our clients keep their own bookkeeper and bring us in above that layer for the advisory and the tax work. If your books are behind, our bookkeeping team catches them up first, because planning built on shaky numbers is guessing. Software rarely has to change, and your records come with you.
Is it too late to lower this year's taxes?+
Usually not. There's rarely a point in the year where nothing can be improved, and several of the strongest moves, like salary through payroll, 401(k) deferrals and equipment that's bought and in use, count for 2026 only if they happen by December 31st. The savings show up when your return is filed.
Is this legal, and will it hold up?+
Every strategy is reviewed with you before it's put in place, and a specialist signs off on any advice before it reaches you. As Peter puts it, any write-off is a legal position, so each one has to fit your own facts and the law.
How often will we actually talk?+
Monthly as standard, quarterly for planning, and before any decision big enough to move your year. Between calls you can send documents and questions through our client portal and track every request there.
Do I need to be in California?+
No. We have offices in Roseville, Manteca, Rancho Cucamonga and Boston plus our team in Pampanga, and we work with business owners nationwide. Most of the work runs through monthly calls and the client portal, so where you're based doesn't matter.
What does it cost?+
Our fee isn't published because it depends on what your business needs, and you'll get it quoted up front on the strategy call. For most clients, what we save in taxes is more than what we charge, which is how the bookkeeping and the advice end up covered.
One Last Step

Want To See What Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Peter looks at your revenue, your entities, how you pay yourself and last year's tax. Then he shows you the specific moves he'd make and which ones have a December 31st cutoff.
